The Bootcamp program

Orientation - Introduction to ‘Weku’ and the program, Overview of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools, and Understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Solution Architect.

Access to Exclusive Learning Resources - Interns will have access to learning resources that are typically available only to our partners.In-depth training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, its components, and related technologies. Understanding customer journey mapping, data modeling, and segmentation.

Hands-On Training - Practical sessions and exercises where interns get to apply what they've learned in real-world scenarios, Creating and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, email marketing, and automation.

Work on Client Tasks - Collaborate with our experienced Solution Architects on real-life client projects, Gain hands-on experience in developing solutions and addressing client needs, and Shadow and learn from senior experts in the field.

Self-Learning Time - Dedicated self-learning period for interns to explore specific areas of interest or further strengthen their knowledge, Encouraged to work on personal projects and research.

Certificates - As part of the program, interns will have the opportunity to earn certifications, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (SFMc admin); completion of certain milestones will lead to the award of program-specific certificates.

Ongoing Mentorship - Regular mentorship sessions with senior Solution Architects to discuss progress, challenges, and career development; receive guidance and feedback on performance and projects.

Final Project - Interns will work on a final project, applying their skills and knowledge to solve a real-world problem.

Program Evaluation and Graduation - Final assessment and evaluation of the intern's performance throughout the program.
The Ideal Candidate has:

The ideal candidate should have prior and demonstrated experience/skills in Project Management and/or Quality Assurance.

Proficiency in basic to intermediate writing of SQL queries
-
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing technologies.

A strong affinity for Salesforce and its ecosystem is advantageous as it aligns with our platform's capabilities.

Possession of Salesforce certifications is a valuable asset, reflecting a deep understanding of Salesforce and its associated tools.

Understanding of CRM concepts and best practices in email communications.

Experience in supporting end-users, gathering requirements, and documentation.

Knowledge of list segmentation and working with large relational databases requiring data merging, joining, and cross-referencing.

Good understanding of data process design and data architecture/schema.

Innovative thinking for solutions and ideas related to email and direct marketing channels.
